Additional Terms for Non-U.S. Bidders

Applicable to all eBay auctions by rdgxxx (Seller)

  1. Seller will not ship to any country that is not on the Approved Countries List, below, without prior consent.

  2. Non-U.S. winning bidders must email for statement of actual shipping and insurance charges.  Customs declaration will be based on final bid price and consistent with auction description.

  3. Buyer shall pay the actual cost of a mutually agreed-upon shipping method.   All shipments shall include the cost of insurance, except that for United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping methods such as First Class Mail International, for which insurance is not available, Buyer shall pay $1.10 for a Certificate of Mailing, which shall be retained by the Seller.  In the case of a lost shipment, Seller's sole obligation shall be to produce a facsimile of the Certificate of Mailing addressed as instructed in writing by Buyer..

  4. Credit card transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal and Seller reserves the right to only ship to a PayPal Confirmed shipping address.

  5. Seller reserves the right to cancel a bid from bidders with: (a) a feedback rating of less than 10 and any negative feedback, or (b) non-pay feedback within the the last year.
